Buffalo Records

Welcome to Buffalo Records!

Kearney's premier record store, serving central Nebraska since 2015. We carry 5,000+ records from all genres: new releases, classics, and rare collectables.

We are two music-loving record fanatics in the middle of the plains trying to keep music stores alive. Come check out our ever-changing selection of preloved vinyl, with new vinyl releases every week. We also host live shows for a truly unique concert experience.

People are finally becoming disenchanted with the world of digital sound. The demand for records grows daily, bands are more often releasing albums on vinyl, and classic Jazz, Rock and Roll, and Soul albums are being re-pressed to keep up. Turntables are COOL again! The feel, look, and warm sound of a vinyl record, which has permeated the psyche of American music for more than half a century, has risen again.

Don't think so? Just listen to the difference. Our listening stations let you hear for yourself.
